We are looking for a versatile and committed leader for our evening team in food cleaning. Our only requirement is that you can work independently, work as a team player, and feel like working evenings.

Your profile
You do not need to have experience as a manager, maybe you have experience with regular cleaning or similar. position and wants more responsibility. You need to be ready to lead with a positive attitude, even if the situation requires you to have many balls in the air at once. During your working day, you often have direct contact with customers, and it is therefore important that you can maintain that overview in pressured situations.
As a manager at Norfac, some of your work tasks will also consist of administrative tasks. It is therefore a prerequisite that you can commit yourself in Danish in writing and orally.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for customer meetings and quality assurance

- Stand for shift schedules and time registrations
